Ever since childhood, I've had an incredible facsination with the decades of the 1930s and '40's...which led to being a fan of a lot of the popular culture of the era, specifically the heroes of the pulp magazines and radio of the time period.
So, it's a no-brainer that I actually enjoy the 1994 film adaptation of The Shadow, and one of the better things about it is Jerry Goldsmith's score....
